God doesn’t just notice you in a general way. Jesus says the very hairs on your head are numbered, and you are worth more than many sparrows (Matthew 10:30–31). That is a direct answer to the moments when you feel unseen, overlooked, or quietly unsure if you matter at all.

We talk through what this passage reveals about your value in God’s eyes and why your worth cannot be built on accomplishments, appearance, status, or social media approval. If God is attentive to sparrows, He is not absent from your story. He is involved, invested, and present in your joy, your struggles, your fears, and your dreams. This is Christian encouragement that speaks to real life: anxiety, comparison, and the pressure to prove yourself.

You’ll also hear practical next steps for living with a secure identity in Christ: rejecting the lies that say you are not enough, standing on God’s Word, speaking life over yourself, and learning to rest in God’s care with the details you can’t control. When our worth becomes steady, it changes how we treat other people too because we start seeing them as valuable and made in God’s image.

Scripture Anchor On Your Worth

Your value in God's eyes. Matthew chapter tense thirty to thirty one. But the very hairs on your head are all numbered. Hear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Matthew chapter ten verse thirty to thirty one. Hello and welcome to day 90 of faith for every day. Today I want to talk to you about something so important yet so easy to forget. Your value in God's eyes. In Matthew chapter 10, verse 30 to 31, Jesus says, But the very hairs on your head are all numbered. Fear not, therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. Just let that sink in for a moment. God knows you so well that He has counted every single hair on your head. Think about that kind of attention to detail. How intentional, how personal, how loving is that. You know, in this world, it is easy to feel unseen, overlooked, or even undervalued. Maybe you have wondered, do I really matter? Does anyone notice me? The answer from Scripture is as loud and clear, yes, you matter to God. You are valuable. You are known. You are loved. And here is the beautiful thing: your worth is not based on your accomplishments, your appearance, your status, or how many followers you have on social media. Your value comes straight from the one who made you. Jesus' example, in this section, he used sparrows, tiny birds that people back then considered almost worthless. Yet, he said, not one of them falls to the ground without a father knowing. And if God cares that much for the sparrows, how much more does he care for you, his child, made in his image? You are not an accident, you are not a mistake. God did not create you and then walk away. He is involved. He is invested. He knows your joy, your struggles, your fears, and your dreams. So, how can we live each day rooted in this truth? First, reject all the lies. The enemy would love for you to believe that you are not enough. But God says otherwise. Stand on his word, not on the opinions of the world. Speak life over yourself. Remind yourself of who you are in Christ. Loved, chosen, redeemed, and valuable. Treat others like they are valuable too. When we understand our worth, we are better able to honor the worth of others. Remember, every person you meet is also made in God's image. Rest in God's care. If he knows the number of hairs on your head, you can trust him with every detail of your life. Maybe today you needed this reminder. You are precious to God. He sees you, he hears you, and he calls you his own. Your worth is not up for debate. It was settled at the cross. Thank you very much for joining me on day 90 of faith for every day. As you move through your day, hold your head high, not in pride, but in confidence that comes from knowing who you are and whose you are. You are valuable in the eyes of God. Until next time, may his love continue to remind you of your worth. Thank you very much for listening.
