Spending time in God’s Word is essential for spiritual growth, yet many people struggle with where to start. Some feel intimidated by the Bible’s depth, while others become discouraged or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. If you’ve ever felt that way, this devotional is for you.
"Faith for Every Day" is designed as a simple yet powerful guide to help you engage with Scripture daily. You don’t have to start on January 1st—this podcast is meant to be picked up at any time of the year. Each daily devotion stands on its own, addressing real-life struggles while pointing you back to God’s truth.
Throughout this journey, we will explore topics such as anxiety, depression, rejection, and uncertainty—struggles that are all too common today. But you’re not alone. The Bible is filled with stories of people who faced similar challenges and found strength in God. By looking at their experiences, we can find encouragement, hope, and guidance for our own lives.
Whether you’re a new believer seeking direction or a seasoned Christian looking for fresh inspiration, this podcast will meet you where you are. My prayer is that as you go through these devotionals, you will be encouraged to dig deeper into God’s Word, grow in faith, and draw closer to Him daily.
Let’s embark on this journey together—one day at a time, one step closer to God.

Philippians 4:13 is everywhere, but we wanted to slow down and ask what it actually means when life is heavy. Paul didn’t write “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” from a comfortable season. He wrote it from prison, and that changes the whole message. This is not a verse about winning at everything. It’s about finding strength, contentment, and purpose when you’re tired, stretched, or facing something you can’t fix.
We talk about the pressure we put on ourselves to be strong, to have all the answers, and to never mess up, then we contrast that with the heart of the gospel: God never asks us to carry the weight alone. If you’ve been feeling not smart enough, not talented enough, or not enough in general, that weakness may be the very place God’s power wants to meet you. We also connect this to 2 Corinthians 12:9 and the promise that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness.
Then we get practical. We walk through what it looks like to let God’s power work through you day to day: surrendering control, inviting Christ into your plans and routines, praying simple honest prayers for strength, and choosing obedience even when you don’t feel ready. We close with a personal reminder that this promise is for you, backed by the same God who strengthened David, Moses, and Paul. If this encouraged you, subscribe, share this with a friend who needs strength today, and leave a review so more people can find it.
Theme And Key Verse
SPEAKER_01God's power working through you Philippians chapter four verse thirteen. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians four thirteen. Hello and welcome to day ninety-one of faith for every day. Today's message is one of the most encouraging truths we can hold on to. God's power working through you. You have probably heard Philippians 4 13 before. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. But let us pause for a second and really think about what it means. Paul, who wrote this, was not sitting in a comfortable place. He was in prison. He was not talking about winning our words or having an easy life. He was talking about finding strength, contentment, and purpose in every hard situation and the hardest moment. And here is the key. It is not about what we can do in our own strength. It is about what Christ can do through us. Sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to be strong, to be all and have all the answers, to never mess up. But God never asked us to carry that weight alone. In fact, his power shines brightest when we admit our weaknesses and lean fully on him. You might feel like you are not enough, not smart enough, not talented enough, not strong enough. But that is exactly where God steps in and says, I've got this. We see that in 2 Corinthians chapter 12, verse 9. So, what does it look like to let God's power work through you? Start with surrender. Acknowledge that you cannot do it all on your own, and that is okay. Invite Christ into your plans, your challenges, your daily routines. Also, rely on his strength, not your own. When the task feels too big, when the day feels too heavy, pause and pray. Lord, strengthen me. Help me do what I cannot do by myself. Walk in obedience. God's power shows up when we step out in faith. You might not feel fully ready, but if he has called you, he will equip you for it. Celebrate his work in your life. Give God the credit. Remember to look back and see how far he has brought you. Every victory, every breakthrough, it is his power at work in you. I love how personal this verse is. I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me. Not someone else. You. Yes, you. The same God who empowered David to face Goliath, who gave Moses the courage to stand before Pharaoh, who strengthened Paul to preach in chains. The same God is with you today. It is not about having superhuman strength. It is about having a supernatural helper who never leaves you and will never leave your side. Thank you very much for joining me on day 91 of faith for every day. Whatever challenge you are facing right now, remember you can do all things, not because of your own abilities, but because Christ living and working in you. Keep trusting, keep learning on his strength, and keep going. Until next time, may his power continue to strengthen you and guide you. Thank you very much for listening.
