Faith for Everyday
Faith for Everyday is a daily podcast dedicated to guiding youth through modern challenges with timeless Biblical wisdom. Each approximately 10-minute episode offers scriptural insights and practical encouragement to strengthen faith in everyday life. New episodes are released daily.
Spending time in God’s Word is essential for spiritual growth, yet many people struggle with where to start. Some feel intimidated by the Bible’s depth, while others become discouraged or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. If you’ve ever felt that way, this devotional is for you.
"Faith for Every Day" is designed as a simple yet powerful guide to help you engage with Scripture daily. You don’t have to start on January 1st—this podcast is meant to be picked up at any time of the year. Each daily devotion stands on its own, addressing real-life struggles while pointing you back to God’s truth.
Throughout this journey, we will explore topics such as anxiety, depression, rejection, and uncertainty—struggles that are all too common today. But you’re not alone. The Bible is filled with stories of people who faced similar challenges and found strength in God. By looking at their experiences, we can find encouragement, hope, and guidance for our own lives.
Whether you’re a new believer seeking direction or a seasoned Christian looking for fresh inspiration, this podcast will meet you where you are. My prayer is that as you go through these devotionals, you will be encouraged to dig deeper into God’s Word, grow in faith, and draw closer to Him daily.
Let’s embark on this journey together—one day at a time, one step closer to God.

Love Your Neighbor
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The words “Love your neighbor as yourself” can sound like a nice slogan until you try to live them with someone who is difficult, inconvenient, or downright hurtful. We open Mark 12:31 and slow down long enough to ask what Jesus actually means when he calls neighbor-love one of the greatest commandments.
We talk about love as action, not mood. That means choosing kindness, patience, and grace in the moments that test you: listening when someone needs to talk, helping when it costs you time, forgiving when you would rather keep score, and praying for someone who may never know you did. This is practical Christianity, the kind of daily faith that stands out in a harsh, divided, self-focused world.
We also turn the question inward: how do you treat yourself? When you are hungry you eat, when you are tired you rest, and you naturally want good for your own life. What would it look like to offer others that same steady care and concern, not in a showy way, but through small choices like a smile, a kind word, a check-in text, or a simple act of service?
If you want a short, focused reset for your heart and habits, press play. Then subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find it, and tell us: who is God putting on your mind to love well today?
Mark 12:31 Read Aloud
SPEAKER_00Loving your neighbor as yourself Mark chapter twelve verse thirty one. Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. Mark chapter twelve verse thirty one.
Why This Commandment Matters
SPEAKER_00Hello and welcome to day one hundred and seventy-five of faith for every day. Today we are focusing on something so simple yet so powerful. It is the second greatest commandment according to Jesus Himself. When Jesus spoke these words, he was answering a question about which commandment was the most important. He said, The first is to love God with all thine heart, thine soul, mind, and strength. And right after that, he gave us this one, to love your neighbor as we love ourselves.
Love Shows Up In Action
SPEAKER_00It sounds straightforward, does it not? But let's pause and think about what that really means in practice. Loving your neighbor as yourself is not about feelings, it is about action. It is about choosing to treat others the way you would want them to treat you. It is about showing kindness, patience, and grace, not just to your own family and friends, but to the people who are hard to love, to the ones who are difficult, who think differently, or who have hurt you. Jesus did not say love your neighbor
How You Treat Yourself
SPEAKER_00if they deserve it, or love your neighbor when it is convenient. He simply said, Love them as you love yourself. Let me ask you, how do you treat yourself? When you are hungry, you find food. When you are tired, you try to rest. You make time for things you care about and you want the best for yourself in life.
Simple Ways To Love Today
SPEAKER_00What would it look like to love others the same way you love yourself, the same kind of care and concern. Loving your neighbor means listening when someone needs to talk. It means helping even when it is inconvenient. It means forgiving even when it is hard. It means praying for someone who may never even know you did. This kind of love reflects the heart of God. And it stands out in a world that can be harsh, divided, and self-focused. When we love others well, we are shining the light of Jesus in a very real way. And let me encourage you, this love does not have to be grand or showy. It can be as simple as a smile, a kind word, a text message to check in, or an act
Ask God Who Needs Care

Closing Encouragement And Farewell
SPEAKER_00encouragement, or care, and then follow through. Let love lead your actions, not just your thoughts. Thank you very much for joining me for day 175 of faith for every day. Remember, loving your neighbor is not just a command, it is a calling, one that reflects the very heart of God. Until next time, keep loving, keep serving, and keep growing in grace. Thank you very much for listening.
